    Both have advantages and disadvantages; brickwork requires less maintenance year on year, but block and render can be painted any colour and gives a more contemporary look.

    I want an extension can you take care of the groundwork?

    Yes, we will sort all the groundwork, footings, drainage, services building unto damp and concrete the oversite, we will liaise with the building inspector so he can carry out his checks and clear away all the spoil to leave the site clean and tidy. If your builder doesn’t take on brickwork we can also build the shell of the extension too.
